Instructions On How To Use iSabiVote Platform to Vote
In a bid to ease the process of election, the commission has deemed it fit to use an Online platform that will accommodate all voters irrespective of their location without a breach on their convenience.
In lieu of this, the commission has perfect plans with iSabiVote Technologies. Find below instructions on how to participate in the election.
1. Proceed to https//isabivote.com/emsa-election, you will be prompted to sign up with your name, matriculation number and email.
2. Registration will automatically become pending. Only students whose names appear on the students’ list (eligible voters list comprising of members of EMSA only) will be approved to vote. A confirmation will be sent to your email.
3. Registration starts 12:00AM Tuesday, 28th September 2021 and ends 4:00PM Thursday, 30th September 2021.
4. Voting commences by 9:00AM on Friday, 1st October 2021. Only registered and approved voters will have access to the electronic ballot paper.
5. The commission, candidates’ agents and staff of iSabiVote Technologies have access to a back-end monitoring of the election process.
6. Announcement of election results will follow almost immediately.
